Situated in the farmyard with a private South facing garden, The Barn In The Yard has far reaching country views towards Holsworthy. The Homestead In Heavenly Devon is positioned in its own private area adjacent to the vegetable garden and has views over wild countryside meadows.
Both have plenty of space and comfort, open plan living areas with fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. The lounge areas are spacious with comfortable leather sofas, stereo, TV, DVD, log burner and of course fantastic views out over the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms are spacious, but cosy. All the bathrooms are fully tiled, have baths with showers and are spotlessly clean.
Although both are bright and airy, they are also warm with efficient heating. Whenever you visit, whatever the weather, you will be very comfortable.
The gardens are equipped with picnic bench, easy chairs, hammock and BBQ! Not to forget you have the whole farm to explore!

The Barn In The Yard – sleeps up to 2 persons in a king size double.
The Homestead In Heavenly Devon – sleeps up to 4 persons. For 1 or 2 person bookings the king size double or twin room is available, not both. To add the second bedroom and increase the occupancy to 4, visit ‘Optional Extras’ when you book.
